ABAP HANA with UI5 - Job Description

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
 SAP SDC offers comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, operations and upgrades, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer. Support employees explain the key methodology of Solution Support and how SAP engages in a holistic way, by understanding the end to end customer solution landscape, core business processes system landscape and process automation.
The goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
  • Play the role of an Associate Architect with superior technical leadership, communication skills and independence in decision making.
  • Author detailed design specifications and lead reviews to conform to software development processes.
  • Handle end to end project/product delivery  independently and provide guidance to team members
  • Perform analysis of critical issues for the project(s)/product(s) and provide expertise towards resolution
  • Perform high-level analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint.
  • Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities
  • Analyze the impact of any new requirements on the existing solution
  • Estimation of efforts for issue-resolution and change requests. 
  • Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
  • Guide and influence team members to accomplish the team’s technical and schedule goals
  • Work closely with other custom development team members, SAP development teams, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with teams in other geographical locations
  • Work experience in S/4HANA Projects and on topics like Extensibility and Code push down
  • Nice to have experience in Cloud, IoT, Machine Learning, etc.
  • Gateway and OData service building and extension.
  • Exposure on ABAP CDS
  • Moderating/driving calls between functional and developer to resolve roadblocks for developments.
  • Providing status update to PMO with identified risks and issues with deliverables

India offers most crypto jobs in APAC NEW DELHI Indian recruiters post the highest number of job openings for  blockchain  and crypto in the APAC region. The demand for experts is from the software, entertainment and government sectors, while fintech — unexpectedly — isn’t looking for as many blockchain experts. Almost 1 in 10 blockchain jobs posted in 2017 on professional network platform  LinkedIn  were from India. The share of India in global blockchain/  crypto jobs  increased from less than 1% in 2015 to about 7% in 2016 and over 8% in 2017, according to the company. China and Singapore remained behind at 1.5% each, while Australia had 1%. Globally, US had the most demand for blockchain and crypto related jobs. Other recruiters have noticed the trend too.
